The only time I make 223-T6B is when I have the 5.7 version on shelf and not selling out. I might do a run of 223-S4, that's the FNH 27gr bullet. Pretty wicked self defense 223 at over 3500fps.

The first problem is trying to apply an very old metric to rounds like the 5.7, 4.6 and BOZ rounds. Honestly the Taylor model doesn't mean shit with these rounds. According to taylor the 5.7 T6B should suck as a man stopper. Well T6B has one shot stopped 300 to 400 pound feral hogs 100's of times. It has also one shot stopped plenty of people, even the SS197, remember Ft. Hood?

@@bobbie4862 G20 frame blew up. Short of a dedicated firearm, the best way to make the BOZ work is this. Years ago a company created a gas piston recoil system for the 1911. It made the 1911 a non locking gas operated pistol. A Colt Delta Elite with this system would work perfectly with the BOZ once you get your port size figured out.

Wrong, Ruger took basically a DAO system and shortened the pre travel. The hammer is FULLY cocked, you can see it in the video if you watched the hole thing.

@@EliteAmmunition Look in the back of the gun while pulling the trigger and you can see the hammer being rotated back as the trigger is pulled.

​@@denster274 Take your slide off and look how far the hammer is cocked back. Then try to make the argument it's not fully cocked. The trigger is at full power when it's cocked and will easily have the power to fire a round. Again the hammer and sear are NOT locked in anyway and there is NO passive firing pin block. Ruger took every cheap shit cost cut they could.

​@EliteAmmunition As a matter of fact I did own a Bren Ten that I ended up selling for a nice profit. Interesting fact is that Sonny's Bren Ten was actually chambered in .45acp supposedly because blanks for the newly developed 10mm weren't available. As far as the Daytona is concerned the car on the show was a replica built on a Corvette chassis which you tell had an automatic transmission . I do currently own a manual transmission Corvette Z06. Originally Ferrari refused to allow the use of an actual Daytona because they assumed Miami Vice was never going to be a good show. After the show became a huge success they did provide the show with the white Testarossa.

@@ginacalabrese3869 Yep, the Euro Sport vet conversion, Ferrari sued them and got production shut down. Although I think they started again. Not a vet fan but a Daytona that was faster than the original and a better daily diver is a win for me.

Yes but why? The OEM coating is good. Nor sure what the reaction would be with the PSA/ACC ammo. They are using some form of a molly coating.

@@EliteAmmunition ---I'm responding to ads about Federal ammo not being usable in PS 90s; (yet it seems OK in other platforms, even using the same mags). I've seen used brass for sale, as well as other non-FN ammo at a lower price.

@@elultimo102 1) That has nothing to do with the coating, just shit ammo 2) The Federal ammo malfunctions across the board in ALL 5.7 platforms. I has to do with the 40grFMJ not being being crimped in place ether mechanically or by glue.

@@EliteAmmunition ---News to me. All I ever read was that non-FN ammo wasn't coated, and would properly feed. (I wondered why they couldn't put a Teflon strip in the mags, to facilitate feeding).

@@elultimo102 Because the coating has almost absolutely zero to do with feeding and has to do with how the cartridge functions in the chamber while under pressure.

Soon I am re working them to make them better. I just was not happy with the final version.

I am at around 6k on the S&W. So far other than the small trigger guard and barrel to shroud threading off center causing baffle strikes, I have had zero real world issues. These issues are all common first gen crap and I fully expect S&W to fix them. The FsN is on it's 6th gen, going back to 1992 and has been used in combat since 1995. We will have to wait and see. I thought the Rock was a homerun until long term the damn cams started breaking. I like how thin the S&W is. That comes at a cost. The FsN frame is thick and has been made thicker over the years and also polymer mix updates and strengthened. They are both single action hammer fired, I can work miracles with the trigger pull on the FsN, I HATE the M&P blade safety bullshit, YMMV, . At this point the FsN has had it's bugs worked out and my catalog for custom parts and sights for the FsN runs VERY deep. All my carry gear is all for FsN's. For you, starting from scratch though tough call between FsN and M&P. While I prefer the location of the FsN safety levers the M&P has traditional thumb levers option. Tough call. I would suggest getting more ammo and training with your M&P first would be the best way to go. I plan on making a trigger for the M&P that has pre and over travel adjustments.

@EliteAmmunition Maybe I'm disappointed with the loading for the cartridge in general. I spent 70.00 per box on Gold Dot hollow points that completely fell apart after cycling them through the pistol. This was before I learned about the special coating it needs for the brass. All I'm really saying is the cartridge is a Train wreck.

@@ChrisKartes No it's train wreck when no matter what the size of the company if they don't know how to load the 5.7 it will end poorly. I have been manufacturing new 5.7 for 20 years including designing 5.7 specific bullets, my own blended replacement coating and even my own improved brass. If you apply standard manufacturing process to the 5.7 it will fail every time. This also gives you some insight into the massive egos of the middle of the road skilled people that work in giant companies were they can hide in committees. These companies know who I am and at anytime could have contracted me to set up their lines and help them develop a product line. That though is not the giant company mindset, and I know it well I was an Engineer for HP among others and had to deal with it first hand. Hence why I started my own company.

As far as large companies loading shit ammo we'll in the end it's anything for a dollar. That only works temporarily then people wise up to that BS. Keep doing what you're doing.
